My Top 5 Crystals for Dealing with Anxiety & Panic Attacks

If you’re struggling with anxiety or experiencing panic attacks - I see you and I feel you. I’ve been there (I sometimes still go there) and it’s tough. But I’ve found so much power and healing and strength in crystals, and Id like to share with you my top 5 crystals for anxiety and panic attacks.
1. Sodalite

Sodalite is a wonderful nurturing stone, full of soothing energy that helps instantly calm you if you’re experiencing panic or sudden fear or anxiety. Sodalite is known for its relaxing properties and is like a great big giant hug, right when you need it most. A sodalite thumb stone or tumble stone is ideal to have handy in your handbag or coat pocket so you can grab hold of it quickly in times of need.
2. Flower Agate

One of my all time favourites, Flower Agate helps calm an anxious mind, helps to stop overthinking and helps you to collect your thoughts and remain calm in stressful situations. It’s the stone of personal power, and it encourages us to remember our potential, and strive to smash our personal goals and reach our highest potential. Instantly soothing and calming to the touch, Flower Agate is gently grounding, and helps with endurance and personal growth.
3. Amethyst

Amethyst is a natural tranquilliser, and has an instant calming effect on anyone who comes into contact with it. Amethyst calms the overactive mind, and offers a safe space to unwind and recharge after a busy or stressful day. The perfect stone for the bedroom, Amethyst encourages sleep and rest, which are so often needed when we are struggling with anxiety and our worries are keeping us awake at night. 4. Lepidolite
